Peter Neidecker serves as the Director, Programmes for CIFF and focuses on the strategy, framework and tools for CIFF’s Portfolio Management approach. Before to joining CIFF, he served as Executive Director of FXB International, a non-profit organisation based in Geneva which delivers programmes to children affected by HIV/AIDS. Peter has had an extensive career with Hewlett-Packard (HP) where his focus was on strategic and operational planning, performance monitoring and the management of geographically dispersed teams. He contributed to HP’s digital villages program and to public-private partnerships in education. He has served on the board of several of non-profit organisations and is the advisor to the board of a micro-credit organisation outside of Nairobi, Kenya. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature with a Minor in Economics and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
