Manjula oversees CIFF's large and diverse portfolio of investments in India
Manjula has over 18 years of policy, technical and senior management experience with national and international organizations and donor partners.
Prior to joining CIFF, Manjula worked with the UK Department of International Development (DFID) in India as Senior Nutrition Adviser, where she lead on delivery of large scale sector budget programmes on Health, Nutrition and WASH in India and was responsible for overseeing a budget over $200 million. She has been involved in many of the recent policy debates in India about nutrition, and also has work experience in other South Asian countries and in Tanzania.
Prior to DFID, Manjula worked with FHI 360 and Care India on issues such as adolescent reproductive health, HIV and AIDS and relief and rehabilitation of two major catastrophes in India- Odisha super cyclone and Gujarat earthquake.
Born and raised in India, Manjula is a post graduate in Social Work (1999) and, Public Health (2005). She is a member of various government advisory committees including NITI Aayog's Vision 2022.
