Founder and Chief Investment Officer, Naya Management LLP

Masroor Siddiqui launched Naya investment fund in early 2012. Prior to this he was a partner at TCI Fund Management where he was responsible for global investments in credit and equities. Before joining TCI, he was Managing Director at Canyon Partners where he founded their London office and managed the firm’s European investments. He has also worked as an analyst and fund manager at Putnam Investments, where he was responsible for investments in the utilities, telecommunications and media sectors. 

Before working in fund management, he spent several years in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and Jefferies & Company. He was responsible for the alternative energy and industrials sectors and gained extensive experience in structuring and evaluating investments. 

Masroor graduated from Yale University with a master’s degree in management. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Amongst his charitable interests are support for BRAC UK, the Kidney Centre Karachi and establishing a new ward at the Shaukat Khanum Trust Cancer Hospital in Lahore, Pakistan.
