Twebese Mugisha leads CIFF’s Africa Girl Capital portfolio, having joined the Foundation in 2019 initially as a Director under the Adolescence (ASRH) sector team.

Twebese brings over 17 years combined experience in commercial and social marketing, SBCC and corporate communications.  She built the bulk of her career designing and implementing service delivery and demand generation programmes in SRHR and Malaria prevention, working with Population Services International (PSI) in in Uganda, as a Technical Advisor in Tanzania, and offering Social Marketing TA to countries including South Sudan. Prior to joining CIFF, Twebese was a Director at KPMG East Africa’s International Development Advisory Services (IDAS) business unit.
