Catalyse adoption of learnings from perinatal investments

To reduce perinatal mortality by supporting initiation of community-based model, in Indian states through leveraging existing institutional structures; and creating demand based on India experience of facility-based model in other countries through leveraging existing knowledge sharing platforms.
