Aside from CIFF’s region-specific strategies, CIFF also supports and develops strategies which intersect a variety of themes and regions. Critical to CIFF’s mission to be an impactful, responsive, and catalytic funder lies the role of cross-cutting teams, including the following:

1. Evidence, Measurement and Evaluation (EME) and Strategic Engagement & Communications (SEC), with members of each team located across almost all CIFF offices.

2. Organisational Development (OD), based in CIFF Delhi.

3. Impact Investing, based in CIFF London.
