Alicia Forsyth is the Global Director for Climate responsible for the effectiveness of CIFF’s climate portfolio.

Prior to joining CIFF in 2024, Alicia was a Senior Civil Servant in UK government. She organised the diplomatic campaign around the UK’s successful COP26 Presidency and held a wide range of roles across government working on high profile issues and delivering strategy across large, complex organisations.

Alicia spent a year at the Harvard Kennedy School gaining a Masters in Public Administration. She has an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Edinburgh.
