Heather joined CIFF in September 2020, as part of CIFF’s executive leadership team, responsible for People; this includes strategic HR initiatives & planning, leadership development, as well as facilities and internal communications.
Heather has significant experience in the non-profit sector, having spent five years as Director of People and Planning at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH). Over the past 15 years she has been a trustee of several charities and is a regular volunteer in the sector. Heather also has a strong track record of working in an international context through her previous experience in the private sector, across FMCG, telecoms and private equity. Moving to CIFF, from GOSH, has enabled her to continue to work for children’s causes.
