Olivia leads CIFF’s global transport portfolio. Her background is in sustainable transport, climate diplomacy, and international trade, built largely through a career in the public sector. Prior to joining CIFF, Olivia worked at the International Transport Forum at the OECD in Paris where she developed and led initiatives for member countries and corporate members on sustainable transport and convened the transport group of the Marrakech Partnership on behalf of the UNFCCC. Prior to this, Olivia led the UK Government’s COP26 campaign to accelerate the global transition to zero emission vehicles, including through establishing the Accelerating to Zero Coalition, Zero Emission Vehicles Transition Council and Road Transport Breakthrough. Before this, Olivia undertook a range of non-climate focused roles across several UK civil service departments, including leading negotiations for the intellectual property chapters of new UK free trade agreements.
