Anna Hakobyan is Performance Measurement and Effectiveness Manager, based in London. Prior to joining CIFF, Anna led the Learning and Evaluation function at Y Care International and worked as Senior Policy and Research Coordinator with Transparency International. At Y Care International, Anna helped develop and manage the monitoring, evaluation and learning processes of YCI’s programmes for children and young people in Africa, Asia and Latin America. Her work at Transparency International included advising international development agencies (DFID, CIDA, NORAD and others) on good governance, transparency and anti-corruption reforms with partner governments, civil society and the private sector. Anna’s field level experience in Armenia includes working with the World Bank Field Office and a national human rights NGO. Anna holds a LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Essex, UK. She has served as a Trustee of the Association for Women’s Rights in Development and is engaged with a number of networks focusing on issues of impact, quality and accountability in the international development sector.
