Lilies Njanga is the Office Manager for CIFF’s Nairobi Office. Lilies has a robust business administration and human resource management background, working both in the charitable, banking and ICT sectors. Prior to her role with CIFF, Lilies held the position of Administration and Networking Programme Officer with Ecumenical Pharmaceutical Network (EPN), an independent health organisation working to increase access to medicines and health services. Lilies received a BSc in International Business Administration (Hons) and a Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) from the United States International University (USIU), Nairobi. While at USIU, Lilies was a member and secretary of the Students In Free Enterprise group. Lilies is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya.
