Louise Barber is responsible for Human Resources and Recruitment for CIFF, based in London. Prior to joining CIFF, Louise worked for Korn/Ferry Futurestep where she was responsible for international recruitment programmes for clients based in the UK, Europe and Asia. Prior to this Louise ran the Operations and Human Resource function of a Australia-based disability services charity focusing on implementation of organisational change programmes, volunteer management and member relations. Louise’s early career encompassed Marketing and Human Resource projects for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Recruitment and HR for a Malta-based telecommunications start up. Louise has a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Queensland.
