To strengthen African Population and Health Research Center's (APHRC) capacity to be strong regional player in measurement and impact evaluation (M&EI) methodologies, scenario building and theory of change conceptualisation. The investment is also critical to build APHRC capacity to become a strong indigenous Impact evaluation partner in Africa.
