Impact & insights

Behind every impactful programme, there's a huge amount of insight: what worked and why, and how success can be replicated and scaled.

The impact of initiatives we fund does not belong to us. As a philanthropy, our role is to connect the dots and create the conditions that enable these deep partnerships – each of which is built on government leadership, data, and evidence – and the positive change they deliver.

All of the impact we see is a result of strong partnerships, which accelerate evidence-based solutions for creating large-scale change.

Effective grant making requires a practical approach that’s fundamentally grounded in real-world applications. Investing in credible and representative data and evidence is essential to understanding what truly works and how to deliver the most meaningful outcomes. Without high-quality evidence, we’re unable to identify what drives successes and failures, limiting our collective ability to maximise the potential impact for children.
