In response to the alarming skills gaps of Health Extension Workers (HEWs) identified by Last Mile health and the Ethiopian Ministry of Health tin 2022, this investment aims to identify and test innovations to address critical barriers to access, quality and uptake of both Community-Based Newborn Care and integrated community case management.
