Parveen Sharma

Parveen Sharma is CIFF’s Head, Digital & Technology Solutions and India Operations, and oversees the strategies for IT enabling CIFF’s operations across the world, in a hybrid working environment with fit-for-purpose technology solutions. The role is central to the business processes, cyber security management and data model on which all of CIFFs operational processes depend.
Parveen has led multiple technology-driven business transformations and spearheaded complex global IT programmes for widely recognised organisations and consulting conglomerates. Before joining CIFF in 2020, Parveen led the IT function for one of India’s leading corporate law firms, driving the digital agenda and IT infrastructure effectiveness. Before this, Parveen was Director of Business Advisory Services at EY where he led the IT Strategy, Digital and IT Infrastructure Transformation portfolio for clients based in India, the Middle East and North Africa. In the early years of his career, Parveen worked across multiple geographies to drive IT advisory and delivery engagements.
His professional expertise includes digital transformation, setting up IT operating models, creating IT strategies, reviewing IT landscape and outsourcing arrangements, optimising governance models and technology evaluation.
Parveen holds a graduate degree in computer science, and a postgraduate diploma in digital business, customer relationship management and supply chain management.
