Global Director, Climate and Chief China Representative
Dr. Qiang LIU is now the Global Director, Climate and Chief China Representative, Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), steering China strategy and portfolio that supports climate transition in China and globally. He has worked on research and programme management, and facilitated international collaboration on climate change and energy since 2001. He holds a Ph.D. on resource and environment economy and is a Chevening Scholar.
