Vimmi Malhotra
Global Director, Organisation and Ecosystem Development
Vimmi leads CIFF’s Global portfolio on Organisation and Ecosystem Development. In this role, she drives systemic change through institution-building, collaborative partnerships, and innovative ecosystem investments across Asia, Africa and Europe. Prior to CIFF, Vimmi held senior leadership roles at the UK Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), the Department for international Development and the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW).
Her work is guided by a deep belief that resilient organisations and empowered ecosystems are essential to solving the world’s most complex challenges. She is passionate about scaling impact, fostering inclusive leadership, and building communities of practice that strengthen the fabric of social change. Vimmi is a Political Science graduate and has qualifications in Human Resource and Organisation Development. She is a certified MBTI, FIRO-B, and Executive Coach.
