Jasper Teulings
Director, Climate, Strategic Litigation
Jasper Teulings joined CIFF’s Climate team in 2021 as Director, Climate – Strategic Litigation. He also sits on the supervisory/advisory boards of the Foundation for International Law and Environment (FILE), EarthRights International, SOMO, and the University of Amsterdam Law School.
Before joining CIFF, Jasper was General Counsel/Advocate at Greenpeace International in Amsterdam, leading its legal team on strategic litigation projects across the globe since 2004. He worked in private practice as a media lawyer and civil litigator in Amsterdam for 10 years prior to Greenpeace.
After reading law at the University of Amsterdam and the University of Kent at Canterbury, Jasper clerked at the Amsterdam Court of Appeals.
