SHALIN PUNN

General Counsel

Shalin joined CIFF in 2017 as Legal Counsel and is now Acting General Counsel, responsible for CIFF’s global legal function.

 

Shalin qualified as an English law solicitor in 2013. He practised as a corporate / commercial lawyer at the London based law firm Forsters, leading on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing rounds, debt financings, corporate restructurings and general commercial matters. He has also worked pro bono helping a number of charities on corporate/commercial matters, including a micro-forestry NGO in Kenya.

Shalin has a BA in Philosophy from King’s College, London and an LLP from BPP Law School.
