Vimmi Malhotra
Global Director, Organisation & Ecosystem Development
Vimmi is our Global Director, Organisational Development based out of New Delhi. She will lead our work to support our grantees in building their institutional capacity. Vimmi has diverse experience in strategic HR, corporate governance, programme evaluation and resource mobilisation in the bilateral and international development space.
Prior to joining CIFF, Vimmi was the Head of Regional Corporate Services Hub, South Asia & Afghanistan at the Foreign and Common Wealth Office (FCO), where she led the transition and consolidation of human resources into the Hub for six countries in the region and was the administrative head for finance and procurement. Before FCO, Vimmi was the Head of Human Resources and Change Management at Department for International Development (DFID) where she supported the leadership team to restructure DFID India to align with the new business strategy and it’s relocation with the Foreign and Common Wealth Office.
Previously, Vimmi worked at the International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW) as Director Human Resources and Operations. At Child Rights and You (CRY) she headed the Resource Mobilisation function for North and East India and was also responsible to review NGO partners to make recommendations to strengthen their institutional capacity for improved program delivery, sustainability and scalability.
Vimmi is a political science graduate and has qualifications in Human Resources and Organisation Development. She is a certified MBTI, FIRO-B and Executive Coach.
